Stephanie Olson

Stephanie bio pic 1

At the young age of nine, Stephanie Olson became a Christian and was taught about a loving God. However, after years of trying to fill a void left by her father, who abandoned her when she was only a year old, she fell into a pit of sin and pain. Struggling with a bad marriage, an eating disorder, and alcoholism, she rejected God with a passion.

Although Stephanie had turned her back on God, He did not once abandon her. He remained constant, patient, and faithful. After years of finding her way back into the arms of Christ, she understands today that she is a continuing work of His hands. Psalm 138 says, “Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes, with your right hand you save me. The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O Lord, endures forever—do not abandon the works of your hands.”

Today Stephanie is a new person with a new passion. She has a mission to teach others who struggle with sin how to live a life of victory in Christ!

Joy Martin

Joy bio pic 1
The decision to accept Jesus as her personal Savior was an easy one for Joy Martin. Growing up in a Christian family, God had always been a part of her life. Even so, Joy has a clear memory of sitting on the edge of her brother’s bed and saying the sinners’ prayer with her mom. She would later realize that saying that prayer was just the beginning.
As a child Joy embraced her faith and walked closely with God, but as she grew older her relationship changed. Although she never turned her back on her child-hood beliefs, Joy questioned what it meant to be a Christian. Personal struggles, family hardships, and financial worries weighed heavily on her as she juggled being a wife, dealing with motherhood, and working a full-time job. But as she began to pray for faith that she and her family would come out the other side stronger and wiser, miraculous things started to happen. The weight of her burdens began to be lifted—not because the struggles weren’t there but because she realized God was by her side to help lighten the load. He always had been—she had just forgotten where to look.
